CalmSphere Massage House provides professional massage therapy services, including but not limited to:

• Hot Stone Massage

All services are provided by certified and licensed massage therapists.

3. Booking and Appointments

3.1 Appointment Booking

Appointments can be made through our website contact form, by email, or by phone. All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.

3.2 Confirmation

We will confirm your appointment within 24 hours of receiving your request. Your appointment is not guaranteed until you receive confirmation from us.

3.3 Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be subject to a 50% charge
• No-shows will be charged the full service fee
• We understand that emergencies happen and will work with you on a case-by-case basis

3.4 Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment at no charge if you provide at least 24 hours notice.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of service
• We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Gratuities are appreciated but not required
• Gift certificates are available and must be used within one year of purchase

5. Client Responsibilities

5.1 Health Information

You must disclose any relevant health conditions, injuries, allergies, or medications that may affect your massage treatment. Failure to disclose this information may result in injury or adverse effects.

5.2 Arrival Time

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment for first-time visits. Late arrivals may result in shortened session times.

5.3 Conduct

We maintain a professional and respectful environment. Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

6. Health and Safety

6.1 Contraindications

Massage therapy may not be appropriate for certain health conditions. We reserve the right to refuse or modify services based on your health status.

6.2 Professional Standards

All our massage therapists adhere to professional standards and ethical codes. Massage therapy is therapeutic and non-sexual in nature.

6.3 Hygiene

We maintain strict hygiene and sanitation protocols. Clean linens and equipment are used for each client.

7. Limitation of Liability

CalmSphere Massage House and its staff shall not be liable for:

• Any injury or adverse effects resulting from failure to disclose health conditions
• Allergic reactions to products used during treatment (when allergies were not disclosed)
• Personal belongings lost or stolen on premises
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.
